Alright ladies! I see women of all shapes and sizes. From young gals in their late teens to women in their late 80s, and one thing they have in common is a weakened torso and glutes…and shoulders, hips etc. The side plank is great at strengthening these!
Starting January 1st, we will begin a WEEKLY Side Plank Challenge. As moms, and women in general, our torsos do not get enough lovin’ in my opinion. Let’s start 2019 strong by working on our side planks daily. This will help tone our obliques, hips, glutes, shoulders and overall strength.
